Good to Know
All of our homes are on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, in and around Biloxi and Ocean Springs. Every property is either beachfront or a short distance from the sand.
Several of our homes are pet friendly, including Lux Coastal Oasis and Blue Oak Cottage. Pet details and any additional fees are shown at the time of booking.
Our properties use self check-in with a smart lock or keypad code. You’ll receive your access details and arrival instructions before you travel — check-in starts at 3:00 or 4:00 PM depending on the home, and you can let yourself in anytime after that.
Check-out is by 11:00 AM at all of our homes, which gives our cleaning team time to get everything ready for the next guest. Need a little more time? Early check-in or a late check-out may be available for a small fee depending on the day — just ask when you book.
Yes. Free parking is available at our homes, and Lux Coastal Oasis also has gated parking for boats and RVs.
Yes. All of our homes have fast Wi-Fi, and Seashore Retreat has a dedicated workspace if you need to get some hours in while you are here.
