Jess Stay is the hospitality brand of Integrity Services LLC, a family owned company on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. We host our own short term rentals across Biloxi and Ocean Springs, and we co-host for owners who want the income without the day to day.
That matters more than it sounds. We are not managing your property from an office three states away. We run our own homes on the same streets, with the same cleaners, the same handymen and the same standards. When something needs sorting at your place, we are already nearby.

Yes. You keep ownership and visibility of your calendar, and you can block dates for your own use whenever you want. It is your property.
Of course. Block the dates you want and we work around them. Owners using their own property is normal and we plan for it.
